Getting Started

Connekly helps you manage your entire studio: student roster, belt progress, punch cards, and check-ins. Track everything from your phone.

Import Your Students: Download the Excel template from Settings, fill in your student roster, and import. All data syncs instantly.

Student Management

Track each student's:

• Belt Rank: White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, Red, Black
• Stripes: Progress toward next belt
• Division: Kids, Teen, Adult
• Next Test Date: When they're scheduled for promotion test

Punch Cards

Create and sell punch cards directly in the app:

1. Go to Punch Cards → Create New
2. Choose 10 or 20 classes
3. Generate unique code/QR
4. Share via email or QR code
5. Students scan to check in
6. Punches auto-deduct, expires after 90 days

Student Check-In

Students check in from their phone or punch card:

• Scan QR code or enter punch card code
• Instant confirmation on their phone
• Punch deducted automatically
• You see all check-ins in real time

Group Texting

Send class updates to all students or specific groups:

• Class cancellations
• Promotion announcements
• Special event notices
• Parent updates

Multi-Studio Support

If you have multiple locations, each gets a unique studio ID. Punch cards and check-ins automatically route to the correct location. Students always check in to the right studio.

Data Backup

Go to Settings → Export. This downloads your entire student roster with belt progress, punch cards, and check-in logs as Excel. Back up regularly.

Installation (PWA)

iPhone: Tap Share → Add to Home Screen
Android: Menu (⋮) → Add to Home Screen or Install App

Works offline and sits on your home screen like a native app.
