Getting Started

Connekly helps you grow your massage practice: manage clients, track preferences, sell gift cards, and build loyalty. Run everything from your phone.

Import Your Clients: Download the Excel template from Settings, add your client roster, and import. Everything syncs instantly to your phone.

Client Management

Store complete client information:

• Contact Info: Name, phone, email, address
• Service Preferences: Massage type, pressure level (Light/Medium/Deep)
• Medical Notes: Allergies, injuries, health conditions
• Last Service Date: Track when they last visited
• Birthday & Anniversaries: Auto-reminders

Service Types

Track the types of massage you offer:

• Swedish
• Deep Tissue
• Hot Stone
• Thai
• Shiatsu
• Reflexology
• Sports
• Prenatal

Gift Cards & Packages

Sell massage packages and gift cards right in the app:

1. Go to Packages → Create New
2. Set number of sessions (e.g., 3, 5, 10)
3. Generate unique QR code
4. Email or text to clients
5. Clients scan to redeem
6. Sessions auto-deduct, expires after 90 days

Service Tracking

Log every appointment:

• Service type provided
• Duration
• Client feedback and notes
• Pressure level used
• Any problem areas worked on

This history helps you personalize each client's experience.

Group Messaging

Keep clients engaged with group texts:

• Promotional offers and discounts
• New service announcements
• Appointment availability
• Wellness tips
• Birthday and anniversary greetings

Call Logging

Track client interactions:

• Booking calls
• Follow-ups on recovery/feedback
• Referral conversations
• Upsell opportunities (packages, new services)

Multi-Location Support

If you work at multiple spas or locations, each gets a unique studio ID. Gift cards and client data are automatically scoped to the correct location.

Data Backup

Go to Settings → Export. This downloads your entire client list with preferences, service history, and gift card records as Excel. Back up regularly.

Installation (PWA)

iPhone: Tap Share → Add to Home Screen
Android: Menu (⋮) → Add to Home Screen or Install App

Works offline and runs like a native app on your phone.
