By accessing or using Connekly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Connekly is a client relationship management tool intended for lawful business use. You agree not to use the app to send spam, harass individuals, or violate any applicable laws or regulations including those governing commercial text messaging (TCPA).
Connekly is offered on a subscription basis at $9.99 per user per month following a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued.
New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription.
All data you enter into Connekly is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Connekly is not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, browser storage clearing, or app uninstallation.
All content, design, and code within Connekly is the property of Connekly and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written permission.
Connekly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the app will be error-free. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connekly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
