❓ Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Sign up with just your email and you'll get 7 days of full access. We only charge you if you keep the plan after the trial ends.
❓ Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time, no questions asked. Your data stays with you — you can export everything.
❓ What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. You can export all your contacts and call logs to Excel anytime. We never lock you in.
❓ Is there a limit on how many contacts I can add?
No. Add as many contacts as you want. Whether you have 50 or 5,000 clients in your book, the price stays the same.
❓ Can I use Connekly on my phone?
Yes — Connekly is built for mobile. Install it as an app on iPhone or Android (no App Store download needed), and it works offline too.
❓ How do the tiers work?
Tiers are automatic. Set the spend thresholds (e.g., Elite for $100k+ spend, Gold for $50k+) and Connekly automatically moves contacts into the right tier as you log sales and visits. You can also manually override.
❓ Can I customize the tier names?
Yes. Elite, Gold, Silver, and Bronze are the defaults, but you can rename them to whatever works for your dealership — Platinum, Premium, Standard, etc.
